Go to rumisolt.net/register and fill in the 3-step form. You will need your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and email address. After submitting, verify your email and mobile via the confirmation messages sent to each. The whole process typically takes under 2 minutes. Registration is free — there are no charges at any stage.

No. Rumi Solt is strictly an 18+ platform. Age verification is carried out as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed, and any winnings will be forfeited. This is a non-negotiable policy with no exceptions.

No. Each player is permitted exactly one Rumi Solt account. Creating duplicate accounts — using different email addresses, phone numbers or names — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. If you have genuinely lost access to your account, contact support@rumisolt.net rather than creating a new one.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process that all regulated betting platforms must complete. At Rumi Solt, KYC is required before your first withdrawal. You need to upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) or a valid Pakistani passport. KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours of document submission. You can deposit and bet while KYC is pending.

Changes to registered contact details must be made through the Rumi Solt support team to prevent unauthorised account access. Email support@rumisolt.net from your currently registered address with the details you want to update. For security, our team will ask you to verify your identity before any contact information is changed.

To close your account permanently, contact support@rumisolt.net with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method before closure. Deposits & Payments

Rumi Solt accepts the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR and there are no conversion fees.

The minimum deposit at Rumi Solt is Rs 300. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your payment method provider may have its own daily transaction limits that apply separately.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed in real time and typically appear in your Rumi Solt balance within seconds of completing the transaction. IBFT bank transfers usually take 1–3 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits typically land within a few minutes.

First, refresh your account page and check your transaction history. Occasionally, network delays can cause a short lag. If the balance has not updated after 15 minutes and the transaction shows as successful in your Easypaisa or JazzCash app, contact support@rumisolt.net with the transaction reference number, amount, date and time. Our team will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Rumi Solt does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your account balance. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own standard transaction charges — these are outside Rumi Solt's control. Check with Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank for their applicable rates.
Withdrawals

Log in to your Rumi Solt account, go to the Cashier section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method, enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account on file. Ensure your KYC verification is complete before submitting your first withdrawal request.

Rumi Solt targets withdrawal processing of under 8 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT bank transfers typically clear within 1–3 hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals can take 1–5 business days depending on your card issuer. These timeframes apply to verified accounts — unverified accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal is processed.

The minimum withdrawal at Rumi Solt is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by Rumi Solt, though large withdrawals may be subject to a standard review period for security purposes. Your payment provider may have its own receiving limits.

Withdrawals may be declined for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, active bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements, suspected security flag, or an issue with the receiving payment account. Check your account status and bonus balance first. If the issue is not clear, contact support@rumisolt.net with your withdrawal reference number for a specific explanation.

As a general rule, Rumi Solt processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits — this is a standard anti-fraud measure. If you need to withdraw to a different account due to a change in payment provider, contact support@rumisolt.net before requesting the withdrawal. Additional identity verification may be required.

Yes. Rumi Solt's live in-play betting section is updated ball by ball during cricket matches. You can bet on next wicket, current over total, powerplay score, method of dismissal, top scorer for the remaining innings and the match winner — all while the game is in progress. Odds update in real time and markets close only briefly around significant events.

If a cricket or football match is abandoned without a result being reached, all pre-match bets are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. If a result was determined before abandonment — such as in a rain-affected match settled by DLS method — bets are settled on the official result. Specific rules are outlined in the Rumi Solt Terms and Conditions.

Cash out is available on selected markets at Rumi Solt. When cash out is available on your bet, a cash out button appears in your open bets section with the current cash out value displayed. The value changes in real time based on the current match situation. Cash out is not available on all markets or at all times — it may be suspended around key match moments.

Rumi Solt displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward for Pakistani players. You can switch to fractional or American format from your account settings if preferred. Decimal odds show your total return including stake — for example, odds of 2.50 on a Rs 1,000 bet return Rs 2,500 total (Rs 1,500 profit).
Bonuses & Promotions

New Rumi Solt players receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 10,000. This means if you deposit Rs 5,000, your bonus balance receives an additional Rs 5,000. Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 2,000 bonus means you need to place bets totalling Rs 20,000 before the bonus funds unlock. No. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. You can withdraw your real-money balance at any time, but the bonus portion must be wagered through before it becomes withdrawable cash. If you withdraw your real-money balance before completing wagering requirements, the associated bonus and any bonus-generated winnings may be forfeited.

Once logged in, you will find your unique referral code in the Refer a Friend section. Share it with friends in Pakistan. When a friend registers using your code and makes their first qualifying deposit, both of you receive a bonus credited to your accounts. Wait 15 minutes after the deposit has cleared and refresh your account. If the bonus still has not appeared, check that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount and that you opted in to the promotion correctly (some promotions require a manual opt-in click before depositing). Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming. From there you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Limits take effect immediately. Decreases are instant; increases require a 24-hour waiting period. There is no charge or approval process required — you have full control.

Self-exclusion closes your Rumi Solt account for a chosen period — 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanently. It cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. A cool-off is a shorter break — 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days — during which your account is suspended for betting and deposits, but you can still log in to view your history and request withdrawals. Self-exclusion is a longer, more serious measure that fully closes the account for a minimum of 6 months and cannot be undone during that period.
